Do you have a cash machine on-site?

There is not a cash machine on-site.

Do you do school trips?

Yes, please give us a call or pop in to discuss for more details!

Do you do Birthday parties?

Yes, please give us a call or pop in to discuss for more details!

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! all major cards accepted except American Express

​

Do you have baby changing facilities

Toilets are located within the halfpenny green vineyard site. These include baby changing faciltiies. 

​

Do you supply food and drink?

Halfpenny Green Vineyards has a cafe and restaurant available on-site. Retain your WILD Zoological Park ticket to re-enter the site. ( Get your hand stamped prior to leaving WILD ).

Can I smoke or use E-cigarettes on-site?

Smoking and E-cigarettes are not permitted  at Wild Zoological park for the health and well being of our guests and animals.

​

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs and other animals are not permitted onsite for the safety of our resident animals.

​

Are assistance dogs permitted?

Whilst assistance dogs are wonderful, well behaved and very well trained. Regretfully our animals will panic at the sight of a dog and likely injure themselves as per previous experience. For this reason we don't allow other animals onto our site. We will however arrange a free member of staff to guide guests who are visually impaired.

Can I adopt an animal?

Yes! We have adoption packages available here.

​

Do you sell merchandise online?

Yes! We some of our gifts are available from our online store here.

More gifts and merchandise is available at our on-site gift shop.

Can we meet the animals or be a keeper for the day?

We have select V.I.P experiences available for our animals and keeper for the day experiences. You can book experiences here.

Disabled Access

Wild Zoological Park welcomes all visitors to its site, we have ramps and flat pathways throughout. Some motorised or long wheel based vehicles /chairs may not be permitted within certain attractions due to the nature of the exhibit with confined spaces designed for a theatrical experience. For the most part access is excellent. staff are always on hand to assist guests.

Disabled parking and drop off points are available. Disabled facilities are available in all toilets.
