When are you open?

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.
Is there a cash machine on-site?
No, there is no cash machine available at WILD Zoological Park, so please bring any cash you may need with you.
Do you offer food and drink?
Yes! Halfpenny Green Vineyards has a café and restaurant available on-site. To return after visiting, retain your WILD Zoological Park ticket and get your hand stamped before leaving.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Toilets, including baby changing facilities, are located within the Halfpenny Green Vineyard site.
Are dogs or other pets allowed?
No. For the safety and wellbeing of our animals, dogs and other pets are not permitted on site.
Are assistance dogs permitted?
Due to the nature of our animals and past experiences, we are unable to permit assistance dogs, as their presence can cause distress or injury to our animals. However, we offer a free staff escort to assist visually impaired guests. Please contact us in advance to arrange this support.
Is smoking or vaping allowed on-site?
No. For the health and wellbeing of our guests and animals, smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do you offer school trips?
Yes! We welcome educational visits and school groups. Please give us a call or drop us an email to discuss how we can tailor your trip to suit your needs.
Do you offer birthday parties?
Yes, we love a celebration! Get in touch with our team to learn more about our birthday party packages and options.
Can I adopt an animal?
Absolutely! We have a range of animal adoption packages available. Visit our Adoptions Page to learn more and choose your favourite animal to support.
Can we meet the animals or be a keeper for the day?
Yes! We offer VIP animal encounters and Keeper for the Day experiences. These are incredibly popular and must be booked in advance via our Experiences Page.
Do you sell merchandise?
Yes! We have a selection of WILD gifts available from our Online Shop, with even more options in our on-site gift shop at the park.
Is the park accessible for disabled visitors?
WILD Zoological Park is proud to welcome all guests.The main visitor routes are step-free, with clear pathways leading to the animal enclosures, show areas, and key facilities. Some pathways may be narrow or more challenging depending on the size of your motorised scooters and double pushchairs, We recommend that guests using these mobility aids take extra care and allow a little additional time when navigating certain areas.We also have wheelchairs available free of charge, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved seating is also available on request for our main shows throughout the day.Throughout the year, we offer SEN-friendly, relaxed sessions for our Bird Show and Dinosaur Show, designed to provide a calmer and more comfortable experience for guests who may benefit from a quieter environment.
